You can also go onto the bridge that connects Punggol Promenade over to Serangoon Reservoir to Lorong Halus Wetland. In the past it was a landfill used to bury refuse. Now it collects and treats water passing through the former landfill, preventing it from flowing into the Serangoon reservoir. Now it has been transformed into a sanctuary for birds, plants and wildlife. Definitely a place where nature lovers will love to explore.
